Organic Hair Care Shampoo for African -American Natural Hair

I loved this shampoo!! This was the first shampoo to EVER give me curl definition.  I used a few pumps and did one lather. And it left my hair and scalp feeling clean and refreshed.  It didn’t leave me with a dried out poof, like most shampoos. It didn’t lather up too much, but it definitely did the job. My hair felt soft but strong. The minty scent is refreshing. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. One lather does the job.

 

Organic Hair Care Conditioner for African-American Natural Hair

This conditioner compliments the shampoo. This conditioner continued to soften and condition my hair. It has a sweeter, rose like, smell. Which is amazing. This conditioner works as a deep conditioner. It made my hair very easy to detangle with minimal amounts of shedding.  My hair felt stronger, and it was able to withstand the detangle process without losing too much hair, which could be tremendous when I get lazy. It also helped my hair retain a lot of water, which does wonders for the LOC method.

Vinegar Rinse Cleanser

I was on the fence about trying this vinegar rinse. I HATE the smell of vinegar in my hair and running down my face and in my mouth *dry heaves*.  But I sucked it up and used it. Even though it smells like apple cider vinegar.  But it worked well, even with my color treated hair. It didn’t strip my color and it wasn’t too harsh. My hair had a lot of build up, even after it was shampooed. I was caking on products without washing it. I had too much going on and constantly found myself busy and on the move.  My hair as super clean when I was done. It work, waaayyyy better than just plain apple cider vinegar.  The essential oils in this product made all of the difference.

Proteins and Vitamins Hair Treatment
I followed the directions on this protein treatment to the T. I left the protein treatment in my hair for ten minutes before styling my hair as usual. When I used this product, I made sure my hair was stripped clean and conditioned before I used it. The first time I used it, it worked wonders, my hair felt springy and my frizz had been reduced tremendously. The second time I used it, which was a week later, my hair felt really hard and stiff afterwards. This item should probably be used biweekly or monthly. That way you aren’t adding too much protein to your hair on a regular basis. I love protein treatments, your hair thrives off of them. This one is definitely a keeper.

Leave-In Conditioner
This leave in conditioner was very unique, compared to many that I’ve used in the past. The first ingredient in this product is aloe vera leaf juice. It’s very creamy and thick for a leave in conditioner.  I used this and sealed it with an oil. To get a good feel of this leave in conditioner. It really did work wonders.  My hair felt super soft and hydrated. I had my hair in flat twist and my hair remained moisturized the entire time. When I took my hair out and styled it, my hair was very moisturized and fluffy. It was also defined and easy to separate. My color treated hair did not look dry.  My flat twist out lasted me 3 to 4 days. I was able to get a few different styles before washing it. And that’s a first for me.

Peppermint Foot Lotion
This was an unexpected surprise. But it was amazing! It really does help soothe tired feet. After using this lotion two times a day for a week, I saw and felt a huge improvement in my feet. My skin felt softer and a lot smoother. My skin retained moisture throughout the day. My skin felt a lot smoother and way more even than it has in a while. My last pedicure left my skin feeling rough and extra dry. I’m not really sure what they did wrong, but using this lotion has reversed the skin issue I was having. It also prolonged my need of getting a pedicure. I stopped using the lotion to see if it’s temporary or only as long as the lotion is in use. And it’s neither. The effects of the lotion last beyond use. My feet are still healthy, soft and smooth even a week later.

 

Overall

I fell in love with this product line. Everything from the product packaging to the ingredients used are high quality. The products are not watered down like many product lines and they don’t skimp on the products. Just Natural Products are worth the investment. Especially if you are trying to improve the quality of your hair. These products will be a part of my normal hair routine. And I will purchase them in the future!!
